'Jersey Shore' Sneak Peek: Did Snooki and The Situation Smush? (VIDEO)

A new preview clip of the upcoming season of "Jersey Shore" has The Situation confronting Snooki about an alleged hook-up, which Snooki vehemently denies. "She told me not to tell anyone," says Sitch, after a full-on argument erupts between him and Snicks.

Does this mean that Sitch and Snooki hooked up? It certainly looks that way. There have been rumors that the two got a bit more than friendly while shooting in Italy, and this confrontation seems to confirm those rumors.

But there has also been talk that Sitch got on Snooki's bad side by revealing that she had been cheating on her boyfriend, Gionni, with another guy. So is this a cleverly edited confrontation about that? Or is Sitch the "other guy?"
